Turn your radius into revenue
Your next corporate account could be 4 minutes away.
Hotels can increase corporate room nights by 10–12% with better local B2B prospecting. Room Radius finds the companies around your hotel, identifies who to contact, and helps turn nearby business demand into recurring bookings.

How it works
- 1
Draw your catchment
Most hotels guess how far their business guests come from — and guess too wide. Drag the radius from one kilometre to fifty and watch the map fill in, so you are working the area that can realistically book you rather than a list of names from the next county.
- 2
Meet every company nearby
Company registers, Google and OpenStreetMap, cross-checked into one list in about a minute. Headcount, sector, distance and a reason each one matters — with the source on every row, so you can tell a verified employer from a name on a map before you spend a morning on it.
- 3
Reach the person who books
The switchboard is where hotel outreach goes to die. We find the office and travel coordinators, the HR manager handling relocation, the site manager housing a crew — the people who actually hold the budget, rather than whoever has the grandest title.
- 4
Follow up without the admin
Most corporate accounts are won on the third message, and most hotels stop at the first. Sequences send the follow-ups, stop the instant somebody replies, and put the calls on your list with the number attached — so a busy week does not quietly cost you the account.
What it will not do
Most tools in this category are vague about their limits. These are ours, up front.
It will not invent demand
Every company arrives with its source. Where we cannot confirm a headcount or a registration, the product says so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
It will not send without your say-so
Outreach runs from your own mailbox, on sequences you write. Nothing goes out until you connect an address and turn sending on.
It is not a list you rent
The companies are found around your hotel, for your hotel. You are not paying for a database somebody already sold ten times.

FAQ
Will this work for my hotel, wherever it is?
Yes for finding companies — discovery runs on business locations from Google and OpenStreetMap, which need only your coordinates and a distance, so it works in any country. Official company registers add legal identity and headcount on top, and those exist market by market: Norway today, more being added. Outside a supported register you still get the companies and the contacts, with less detail on their size.
How long before I see something useful?
About ten minutes. You search for your hotel by name, confirm the location on a map, set how far your guests would realistically travel, and run a scan. The scan takes roughly a minute and ends with a list of real companies around you, each showing where it came from.
Is this just another bought contact list?
No. Nothing here is pre-assembled — the companies are found around your hotel, for your hotel, at the moment you scan. You are not paying for a database somebody already sold to ten other hotels in your city, and there is no shared pool of leads competing for the same accounts.
Do the emails come from me, or from you?
From you. Connect Gmail or Google Workspace in one click, or any provider over SMTP. Messages leave your own mailbox and replies land in your own inbox, so conversations carry on where you already work and your domain builds the reputation, not ours.
We already have someone doing sales. What does this add?
The research and the remembering. Working out which companies nearby have travel demand, and who inside them books rooms, is slow manual work — this does that part and hands over a list with the evidence attached. Your salesperson still writes the emails and has the conversations, which is the part worth their time.
Is it legal? What about GDPR?
Contact research covers business roles and work addresses only — we do not gather personal email addresses or personal mobile numbers. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all outreach from you, not just newsletters. You remain the sender and are responsible for what you write, which is how it works with any mail tool.
What if there are not many businesses near us?
You will find out in the first scan, before spending anything. Rural hotels usually widen the radius and find that a public-sector employer or a single large site forty minutes away is worth more than everything within five kilometres. If the area genuinely cannot support it, the scan will show you that too.
What does it cost, and how do I get help?
€45 a month, or €450 paid yearly — about €37.50 a month — with everything included and no per-email charge. Setting up and running your first scan is free, so you can see what is actually around your hotel before deciding. Email support@roomradius.io with any question and a person replies within one working day — usually the same day.
